Are There Any Drug Interactions Between Citalopram And Sudafed?

Question: I am on 20mg citalopram daily and have taken 2 doses of sudafed (pseudoephedrine 6.1mg) today without realising they interact. Should I still take my daily citalopram today? Apart from having a horrible sinus cold I feel normal

I understand the mistake you did. Simply stop the pseudo ephedrine and continue with citalopram. I will recommend you take Benadryl to relief yourself of these symptoms of cold. Tylenol will also be of help.

Thank you. I took the pseudoephedrine 90 mins ago and would normally take the Citalopram now. Should I wait for a bit before taking the Citalopram or just take it now like normal
