Question: Are there surgical corrections available for persistent nerve or muscle pain in my scrotal sac, due to my physician's error of recommending a combination of a statin drug with a niacin supplement, in an effort to lower my cholesterol readings?

Brief Answer:
Not likely

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is highly unlikely that you will need a surgery just because you were on niacin and statin.
Treatment depends on cause.
I suggest you to get yourself physically examined for your scrotal pain,so that actual cause gets known and treatment can be planned accordingly.

Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow up with your further queries.
