Are Sinus Rhythm With Marked Sinus Arrythmia A Cause For Concern?

Question: Hi, my mom was recently released from hosp after feeling dizzy. 86 yrs old. She has sinus rhythm w/ marked sinus arrythmia, non specific ST abnormality and abnormal ECG .Are these normal wear and tear conditions? She had high BP and low HR for a while. She is not good at being fussed over by {outsiders} does she need to pursue treatment? thanks TF

For sure there are issues with the heart and do not represent just normal wear and tear changes though wear and tear is a major contributing factor. I will like that she gets evaluated by a cardiologist to pinpoint the exact problem and make a formal diagnosis that can allow for treatment. Has she been seen by a cardiologist? If not, talk to her doctors and let her been visited by one of them.
