Question: I have 2 case details
1. 2 years child - Diagnosed with shoulder dystocia
2. 7 years child - pelvic kidney
what are further prognosis in both cases, can these 2 cases need surgery for correction, or any medication can cure them

* Developmentally, the kidneys move from lower down to up into behind the upper abdomen. In case something interfered with this migration, a kidney could be stuck in the pelvis. However, the kidney could still be fully functional. In that case no intervention is needed. However, complications or possibly other developmental variations could be present and a detailed evaluation is needed.
