Brief Answer:

What are your symptoms?

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Yes, possibility of inflammatory process is more likely.
But the more important thing is your symptoms.

Please let me know:

1. Do you have breathlessness?
2. Do you have coughing with or without expectation?
3. Do you smoke?

Usually, a short course of steroids (methylprednisone) is sufficient for this kind of lung inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
