Brief Answer:
chances of cancer are unlikely, please provide more relevant information

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern and I will definitely help you in best possible way.

Here I would like more information for better assessment of the condition
are you running fever
Are you having running nose or nasal blockage ( Stuffy nose).
What kind of cough is it productive or dry cough?
Have you seen any doctor or ordered any investigation?
do you smoke?

you need not to worry about cancer until diagnosis confirmed
In my opinion, short history of cough and sore throat might be related to infection or allergic reaction, which is a very much treatable condition.
Meanwhile you should take anti allergic drugs like levocetirizine and a cough syrup with multivitamin and vitamin C.
You should do gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
Deep breathing exercises and steam inhalation will ease out your cough.
Please write back know to me with all the details, so that I will.be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
This might be related to infection or chronic gastric problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Change in voice with sore throat might be related to infection either bacteria or viral

Please follow the guidelines for supportive care I have suggested in my previous reply
If it doesn't improve or gets worsen than you should see a ENT surgeon for physical examination and further course of action

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
You need not to worry by thinking about cancer or other thing
recurrent gastric problem may cause such symptoms so I would advise you for anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids.

Thanks for your question
Wish you good health
