Brief Answer:
Hormonal disturbance Should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Scanty flow during the periods can be due to hormonal disturbance or can be normally due to physiological adjustment in the body as per the age.
I will suggest her to get her thyroid, prolactin hormonal levels tested and an ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get further treatment accordingly.
If everything is normal,. and periods are on time, then there is nothing to worry.
Lower back pain can be due to muscle sprain, disc problem, calcium deficiency, wrong posture etc.
She should consult a neurologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have reviewed the report.
It shows polycystic ovaries and slight fatty liver.
Polycystic ovaries are cause of irregular periods.
Fatty liver can cause pain abdomen, however severe pain is unlikely due to it.
She should avoid eating fatty diet and do regular Physical exercise.

Brief Answer:
No medication needed at present

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Polycystic ovaries can cause irregular periods.
Exercise, lifestyle modification like avoiding fatty food, jogging, aerobics, being stress-free etc are the main treatment as it is caused by hormonal disturbance.
For grade I fatty liver, avoiding fatty food and exercise will help.
Severe pain can be due to gastritis, colitis etc which are not diagnosed in ultrasound.
No medications are needed as of now.
However, in case of pain again, she should consult the physician for proper examination and treatment accordingly.

Thanks Doctor,

I respect your consultation that no medication is needed but pain is still there since 4 days now.

Can you please route my query to physician doctor as you reffered me to physician.

Since your team asked me to get the scan done, we did the scan, but still i am not able to get the answer as to what we should do. Because my wife is complaining about the pain.

Please let the physician let us know what treatment we should do and what medicine she should take to cure.

Else can you guide me which speciality doctor i should speak with.?
