Brief Answer:

Insect bite reaction, topical steroid & antibiotic, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photographs and they seem to be insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic-like cortisone cream and Neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.

If they are associated with any irritation take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine. This will resolve them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you for responding so quickly to my question. I do not think it is a bug bite. Another red bump has appeared over the last hour or so. Even if I don't think it's a bug bite, would using what you recommended still help it?

You can start with what I have recommended.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Even if it is not a bug bite it still looks like a hypersensitivity reaction to the bite or crawling of an insect.

You can start with what I have recommended as it will help you.
All the best.
