Question: Hi greeting.... After a protected sexual encounter 4-5 weeks ago I hav developed red rashes all over the stomach back neck and arms which is slightly itchy ....encounter was protected and also I didn't ejaculated .... I consulted a local dermatologist he thinks it's a heat rash ... But I m worried .. No fever or lymph node swelling kinda situation yet ... Plz help ... Xyzal tablet and sofiz ointment is suggested by him

- Take two times bath.

- Wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments to be changed two times a day. Do not wear any synthetic or tight garments.

- Do cold compression or warm water compresses according to the weather condition.


-Don't try to scratch or rub the area as can lead to further aggravation of the problem.

Thank for ur serious concern .... But I am little worried as these rashes are not cured yet. Even it's aggravating at times and itchy too . I am using xyzal tablets and prickly heat powder too ... How much time wil it take to cure naturally... As I m suffering since last 7 days ...and also I am worried if it's something serious or not ????

There is no STD which manifest in this manner. It is just your anxious state and correlation with previous sexual encounter that you are correlating with same.
