Question: Hi, I am 22 years old and recently started noticing rashes on the back of my neck. All of sudden it started to spread and so am little worried about it. However, I do not feel any itchiness or pain.

I read carefully your question and saw your photos. I understand your concern.

They seem like a fungal type infection but more thick then normal. The fact that they don't itch its not common as well. Those reasons make me think of possible psoriasis, which is a chronic problem.

I will recommend to use an antifungal cream combined with a steroid cream.
The antifungal cream will keep the lesions moist and also treat the fungal part if there is any.
The steroid part will thin the thick layers and decrease the inflammation.
Use them twice per day for 2 weeks. If not better completely and if these type of patches appear in other places, we can confirm the possible psoriases.
