Question: Recently discovered Kidney Failure Stage 3, recommended pre diabetic diet and heart health diet.
It will be difficult to do both? What do you recommend?

Basically both diets are same about 95% like avoiding

1) Salt
2) Fats
3) Hight proteins
4) Uncontrolled sugars
5) Oper drinking of water
6) Getting over weight.
7) Drinking
8) Smoking
9) Staying active but dont over exert.

These are a few things ...please tell me what contradictions you found i will explain.
