Are Pounding Heart And Syncope Signs Of Heart Attack?
Question: My heart is jumping around, im very pale amd sore heart and sore back ledf shoulder. I sometimes recently feel like Im about to faint. I have a family history of early heart attacks in both sides. Im a female.

Thanks for writing in. I need to know if have diabetes, hypertension or heart ailments already diagnosed. Looking at picture described you may be having severe anemia or also heart disease is possible. You need to see a physician at the earliest and do few basic testt which would include Hemoglobin, ECG Chest X ray and need be a echocardiogram and TMT. Than based on the report we can come to conclusion as to it being anemia or cardiac problem or some musculoskeletal issues. and can be treated accordingly. Do get back to me with details

Thank you. I dont have diabetes. Im definitely a bit anemic. I dont havs trouble with my heart all the time just lately. Ive always been skinny but recently put on a lot of weight. I didnt drink but recently started at xmas XXXXXXX e
