Question: I have had the following symptoms for the past two months, nausea, feeling full easily, loss of appitite lots of gurgling coming from my bowels, some acid reflux mainly at night when I lie down, initially I had diarrhea but this has since died down and my stools have become regular and more solid. Lots of gas and slight heartburn. This started during a period of stress and anxiety for me. My appitite has increased again somewhat but the early sanity remains

Brief Answer:
you may take Omeprazole 20mg by mouth daily!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is mostly suggestive of acid reflux. I'd recommend that you take omeprazole 20mg daily by mouth for at least 2weeks. In addition, avoid alcohol, tobacco, chocolate, fatty meals and lying flat soon after meals. Also, keep the head-end propped up at night during sleep.

I hope this helps and guides. Keep me updated with your progress.

I wish you well.
Regards
