Question: hello doctor I am 32 yrs my VDRL is reactive and I don't have any symptoms its XXXXXXX is 1.8 I am takin the 4life transfer factor its now almost 5 months no symptoms but now suddenly I got itchy spot near the private part I don't know weather is ring worm or sores of VDRL I am confused

It measures substances, called antibodies, that your body may produce if you have come in contact with the bacteria that causes syphilis. This bacteria is called Treponema pallidum. I would insist you to upload the report. It will help me to correlate.

The itchiness is possibly due to ringworm (a fungal infection). Application of Candid(clotrimazole) powder or lotion should help.
