Are Frequent Colds, Headaches, Fatigue And Flu-like Symptoms Indicative Of Sinnitus?

Question: I only feel good after taking strong antibiotics. I feel good for 1 or 2 months and start to feel bad again: run down, lots of head pressure , get colds easily, hard to concentrate, some flu like symptoms. Can't ever exercise as I feel wiped out afterwards and can't concentrate. Have bad seasonal allergies. Take about 4 courses of antibiotics per year for past 6 years. The only way I feel somewhat ok is taking magnesium, b vitamins, fermented food, probiotics and fish oil. Took a lymes test came back negative but understand false negative very common. Also experiencing balance issues and some anxiety.

Brief Answer:
This could be a chronic sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

Based on your history, I think that this could be a chronic sinusitis.
I suggest to do a full blood count, a CT scan of head , a culture of nasal secretions and should meet an ENT specialist to define better the diagnosis.
As well I think you should exclude a thyroid problem and should do some allergic tests.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
