Are Fish Oil, Chai, Flax And CoQ10 One Supplement Everyday Healthy?

Question: Doctor,

If I take a 1 fish oil supplement and 1 serving of chai seeds and 1 serving of flax seeds and 1 serving of CoQ10 daily would this be healthy or unhealthy? Could it be too much?

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

Taking 1 fish oil supplement, 1 serving of chia seeds, 1 serving of flax seeds as well as 1 serving of CoQ10 daily would certainly be healthy and not too much. However, rather than using supplements, you could use: sea fish in diet once or twice a week (instead of fish oil supplement. You could also take cod liver oil instead. Chia seeds and flax seeds are good and can be taken in crushed form (not whole). Unless for specific indications, CoQ supplements would be unnecessary and could be substituted with plenty of green leafy vegetables in diet.

All this has to be backed with regular exercise and proper diet.
