Brief Answer:
Negative CMIA HIV test ruled out HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
I went through the report sent by you.

You had not mentioned the month of exposure in your question. I assume from your history it was during May. The negative P24 antigen CMIA with antibody for HIV 1 and 2 test after 120 days certainly ruled out the possibility of HIV infection.

Burning sensation of skin and penis may be due to other STD or skin disease or might be due to your anxiety and fear for HIV/STD. Consult a Dermato-Venereologist. He/she will examine you and based on with other investigation results will be able to relieve your symptoms. Forget about HIV.
Your results show some nonspecific infection or fever at the time of investigations. Nothing to worry.

Brief Answer:
No further HIV testis necessary. You are HIV free.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome back.

You need no further testing for HIV.

STDs are more than 25 diseases. All diseases are not having blood tests. Only few important diseases are having blood test. Tests for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Herpes, Hepatitis B and C can be screened. Other diseases have to be confirmed or ruled out only with examination. So it is better to seek the help of a STD physician or a Dermatologist.
In XXXXXXX you can approach Dr XXXXXXX at Periyamedu area.
