Brief Answer:
You can take Doxinate tablet.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Vomiting is very common in first trimester of pregnancy due to hormonal imbalance and other changes.

You can change your food habits and take dry Rusk in the morning.
You can take Doxinate tablet after consulting your treating doctor rather than ondansetron.

If vomiting is excessive after taking medicine blood pressure, twin pregnancy and other causes should be ruled out.

Hope you found this useful, feel free to ask for more information.
Good luck
