Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that yes Ma'am you can exercise as you want .

The only thing which you need to take care is that if at any point of time you feel dizzy or uncomfortable then you should stop your physical activity and relax for some time. And if these symptoms keeps on happenin then you better get yourself evaluated for slow heart rate.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards

I have been prescribed isoptin 240 ml per day as my blood pressure has been up to 165 over 93. Also I have been getting palpitation which at times last up to a couple of hours. Had a heart monitor put on . showed my heart rate going up to 114. resting at about 66. Which I know is good. the results of the monitor showed over 2000 ectopic episodes. Is this anything to worry about.
