Are Episodes Of Irritation In A One Year Old While Teething A Normal Phase For Every Child?

Question: Hello Doctor,

My son is 7.5 Months old. He was eating well till he was 6 Months old. Till then his weight was increasing at good pace. He was around 6.46 Kg at that time. However, in last 1.5 Months his weight increased by just 40 Gms to 6.5 Kg. Also, his diet for a day is as follows :
2 ounce Milk with Banana
1 ounce Puree (Rice mixed with Dal or Carrot or Sweet Potato)
2 Ounce Oatmeal
5 Ounce Formula
Little bit of Breastmilk
He is otherwise cheerful and plays with us regularly. However, He gets little irritated these days due to teething.
I am concerned if there is some problem or if every child goes through such situation before 1 year of age.

Thanks & Regards,
XXXX
