Are Cramps, Bloating, Upper Back Pain And Fatigue Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Question: Hello,
My GF has a 30-day regular cycle, and her last period started on March 17th. We had unprotected sex on April 7th, and she took a plan B pill on the morning of April 8th (around noon). However, she did not have her period on April 17th, as expected. She usually gets bloated and gets cramps before period, none of which happened this time. She had mild cramps on April 16th, but nothing since then. Since yesterday (April 17th), she has been experience upper back pain, increased milk production (she has a 2 y.o. son), and extreme fatigue.

She took two first response pregnancy tests today, both of which were initially negative, but then one turned positive when she was throwing the trash out. Being unsure if it was an evaporation line, she did another one, which turned out negative. This one obviously did not have a concentrated morning urine, as she did the third test around noon.

Could her absent period and period-related signs (cramps, bloating etc.), and the unusual symptoms (upper back pain, fatigue which is more drastic than what she experiences during her period, and leg pain/weakness) be side-effects of plan B, or is she likely pregnant.

She is very hesitant to go to a doctor (don't know why, I guess she is scared), but she plans to take another home pregnancy test tomorrow morning. Oh, and she is 25.

Brief Answer:
Get her blood beta HCG levels to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
These are the side effects of I pill but for confirmation, you must get her blood beta HCG levels to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.

Thanks. I've been advising her to do so. Could the fact that she took plan B after her ovulation (most likely) could have an impact on its efficacy?

Also, given that it has been only 10 days since the possible conception, but 2 days past the due period, do you believe that there would be enough HCG concentration for the home test to be accurate. (I will still convince her to get the blood test ASAP)
