Question: Hi
I have been diagnosed with mild PCOS, unable to conceive naturally..I took Ginette 35 for 3 months as advised by my gynaecologist and later she told me to try normally for two cycles, but I didn't get pregnant.now in the current cycle I took siphene 50 mg as told by her and did follicular study...on 12 th day I took one hcg 5000IUI, my right ovary follicle ruptured on 15 th day of scan, then on same day I took one more HCG 5000 IUI as my left ovaries had dominant follicle size of 21mm..now m on 31 th day of cycle, pregnancy test came negative, started experiencing cramps, back pain n spotting..please advise if these are symptoms of pregnancy or periods

Brief Answer:
Can be pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
You had an ovulation in this cycle. The chances of pregnancy are there. The spotting that you have can be due to an implantation bleeding. It can be due to an impending period also.
It is best to wait for a few more days and then test your urine again for pregnancy.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
The treatment is correct.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Even if the follicles are formed and rupture, the chances of conception in a cycle are not more than 20%. You need to try again in the next cycle. You are getting the right treatment.
Hope my answer is helpful.
