Question: my stomach and chest are burning like fire heart palpitations could it be a heart attack

These are not typical symptoms of heart attack and heart attack is the last thing to think of in your age. It sounds more like a gastritis attack with heartburn. You should take antiacid medication, and avoid food that irritates stomach such as coffee, fried food and alchool. If pain occur in the left hand or you experience breathing difficulties.
