Brief Answer:
Upload the pictures of the bumps

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I can understand your concern.
Measles presents with fever, cough, sorethroat, eye congestion and rash which starts on the face and spreads downwards on the rest of the body.
You haven't mentioned about the other symptoms present in the child besides bumps and running nose. I would also like to ask you few questions: Whether the rash is associated with itching or burning?
What is the duration of the rash?
What are the other complaints in the child?
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the rash so that I can get clearer picture of the condition.
Even if it's measles you don't have to worry as it is a common infection in children and can be easily taken care off but we first need to confirm the diagnosis.
Please feel free to revert.

Dr Asmeet
