By your history and description, possibility of viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is more likely.
And Influenza is the commonest virus causing this.
And it is likely to spread in community. If others in your area / community also have similar symptoms, then this could be flu endemic.

So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Also take antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti inflammatory (paracetamol) for quick symptomatic relief.
