Brief Answer:

Possible diagnosis: oral herpes

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Blistering and sore throat is suggestive of oral herpes infection. Throat examination and throat swab analysis can confirm the diagnosis.

Please be advised to follow up with a GP. Early initiation of antiviral medication like acyclovir can help reduce the duration and severity of illness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Brief Answer:

Please follow up with your primary provider or ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

White patches and worsening symptoms are concerning for bacterial infection or oral candidiasis. ENT examination and throat swab analysis are needed at this point.

So please follow up with your primary care provider as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query.
