Brief Answer:
yes, you can try anti histamines

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes, using an antihistamine would help.

It is possible to have urticaria or weals in response to heat. Some persons have in response to other physical factors as well eg cold, trauma to an area, exercise, emotional stress, hot food

This is called cholinergic urticaria.

Anti histamines are one of the treatment options.

If this does not work, your doctor can try singulair. After this, if there is still no effect, other immune suppressing medication may be tried

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Thank you for your response. I seem to attract huge mosquito bites as well, they take ages to heal up and are leaving big scars. Could this be related to the heat allergy.

Thank you for your response, I also seem to attract mosquito bites which leave deep scars wherever they bite. Could this be related to my intolerance to heat?

Brief Answer:
related to allergic potential

Detailed Answer:
HI

This may not be related to the heat allergy but to your allergic response in general.
By this I mean that you may be more prone to a severe allergic reaction to the bites.

Some persons have a greater response to potential allergens.

Because you get a more severe response, you would get more scarring.

Using repellants, protective clothing, window screens to prevent bites would be important

The oral antihistamine to reduce the allergic reaction would also help along with applying a cream to reduce the urge to itch the area (eg mild topical steroid like hydrocortisone or calamine lotion

Please feel free to ask anything else
