Are Accidentally Eaten Worm Eggs Killed Inside Stomach?
Question: i was eating a guava and saw a worm at the last bite. can i make sure that worm eggs are killed inside stomach in case i have ingested some eggs.?

But I have read on internet that some taoeworms can get inside the braing and form cyst their.
How do these worms survive the acid ? And what kind of vegetables i should avoid.
Currently I do not eat cabbage and cauliflower due to this fear.

Tapeworms are usually found in raw vegetables which are grown at ground level and might be in contact with water containing the infection. The water gets infected by animals and humans excreting. It is also transmitted by eating uncooked meat.
A guava will not contain tapeworm because it grows at a height.
The tapeworm eggs and spores are tough and do not get destroyed in stomach acid.
You can take any vegetables including cabbage and cauliflower after washing it properly and cooking it without fear of tapeworms.
