Brief Answer:
Same dosage.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
We start usually with 1mg/kg body weight. I usually start with 60 mg for initial 5 days. But this decision your doctor can make best judging your severity.
40mg of Prednisolone is also good enough.
We always taper and stop the drug as your doctor has prescribed.
Mesacol needs to be used for long.
Yes, Omnacortil and Wysolone both are the same.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Thanks for the quick response.
The pharmacy has given dispersible Omnacortil.
Is it to be taken after dispersing with water or the it directly?
Remember taking it directly the lat time in 2011.
What about diet? Especially for a Person who is in the US for about 3 weeks and finds it difficult to have home cooked food?
Any restrictions?
