Are Miprogen And Duphaston Safe To Be Taken During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 5 weeks pregnant now. My doctor has given me to take miprogen 200 twice a day and duphaston 10 twice a day along with Ecospin and vitafol once a day. I am afraid to take miprogen and duphaston since it is directly related to harmones. Is it safe during pregnancy?
I have history of one miscarriage 9 months ago.
