Are Microgynon And Marvelon Similar In Composition?

Question: Good day. I have been on Marvelon for 4 months. It has been discontinued in my home country, Sudan. I am now using Famila and are getting spotting and my menstrual period started one week earlier. i have had three pregnancies, first one aborted to natural circumstances. Then two normal deliveries after. I am 34 years of age and are using thyroid medication, Levothyroxin 50mg. There are only Famila and Microgynon on the market here. What would be your suggestion? Thank you XXXXXXX
