Am I Being Overly Concerned With Criticism That May - Or Should - Be Directed To The Obviously Very New Office Staff That Probably Handled The Renewal After A Couple Earlier - And More Timely - Efforts Failed?

Question: My prescription ran out. Office delays accounted for about 10 days with no patch. I had been on the middle one Not the lowest, Not the highest. When I finally got the renewal it was for the lowest, not the middle range.
In general, I had been tolerating it well for a few years, having briefly used the highest one before settling on the middle one.
I was surprised to find the new one at the lowest range.
I suspect this might have been office staff unfamiliarity and I am disinclined to bring this up with my doctor.'
My question is: Am I being overly concerned with criticism that may - or should - be directed to the obviously very new office staff that probably handled the renewal after a couple earlier - and more timely - efforts failed?
Thanks for your thoughts.

Brief Answer:
Due to the interruption of the treatment you should restart the lowest range
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As I can see through your query you had an interruption of the treatment for ten days due to office delays.
When dosing is interrupted for more then three days, the restart treatment should be with the lowest range, which is 4.6 mg/24 hour patch.
Then the dose should be increased after an additional 4 weeks to 9.5 mg/24 hours patch which is the middle range.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
