Alternate Treatment For Post Menopausal Problem?

Question: Is there an alternative to prempro for treatment of post menopausal sx. There is no hx of Breast CA in my family but long history of osteoporsis. I am on thyroid replacement because of a hx of Grave's that as treated with radioactive iodine
