Brief Answer:
bacterial vaginosis

Detailed Answer:
Fishy smell from the vagina occurs due to imbalance of the vaginal flora . The vagina has a lot of good flora which keeps the vagina free of infections. If there is an imbalance of the good flora there will be infections like bacterial vaginosis . Start some probiotics capsules and continue for a3 months . Wash the area with plenty of water only. Avoid soap , perfumes etc and wear loose innerwear as much as possible .
