Brief Answer:
Tylenol, local Rubefacient liniment

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

They must have at least done Ultrasound to tell that there is a problem with kidney.

You may please apply Rubefacient liniment locally to give some relaxation to the back muscles which get into spasm.

You may also try Paracetamol like Tynelol or so for pain relief.

Take rest and avoid any movements that increase spams and pain.

Some painkillers need a valid prescription.

Take plenty of oral fluids.

Let me know if these things are helping or not.

Try to procure the reports as it will give more idea for me to assist you better.

Hope I have answered your query.
