Now coming to your question, the lowest acceptable range of blood pressure is 90/60 mm of mercury. But many people especially elderly have still lower values but still they do well.
So this is also a common concensus that it is the symptom, which describes in a better way. Common presentation with low blood pressure are dizziness, fainting, fatigue, feeling of excessive thirst ( dehydration), cold extremities. Sometimes sudden drop of blood pressure by 20 or more than 20 mm of mercury should be seriously taken.
But since you are in pretty good health, I can just say again is ......Congratulations..
