Question: My sister is pregnant 9 months , i can see that her foot is swelling . may i know th reason how we can over come

Swelling of the feet occurs commonly in pregnancy.Its called physiological swelling of the feet.It occurs due to water retention in the body.However,sometimes there is a underlying pathological cause for swelling also.It may occur due to high blood pressure and that may cause complications.So,the first thing to do here,is to make sure her blood pressure is normal.If it is,then she need not worry.Keep the foot elevated at all times and even while sleeping.Reduce salt intake in food.
