Welcome to XXXXXXX and thanks for your query,
The very fact that you want to have sex daily itself means that your sexual health is returning to normal.
Normally the frequency varies from almost daily sex immediately after marriage to once or twice a week later as one bears children.
This is also not constant and varies with families. There is no hard and fast rule and is based on convenience and interest.
Diet that would help are
1.     Dry fruits.
2.     Early dinner and empty stomach at bed time to prevent sleepiness and better quality of erection.
3.     Take time to talk to your wife and try to understand her as a whole.
4.     Prolonged foreplay.
5.     Give preference to sex at bed room than other things.
Having said all that, you need to make efforts for a better quality of life---
There is no single medicine or method for this!
Hope this helps,

Wishing you good sexual life

Welcome back.
Advantage of IVF is that if successful, you are going to be happy and also there is no other option.
Disadvantage is that, there are chances of multiple pregnancy, congenital abnormalities and of course failure rate.
Kindly discuss these issues with the specialist doing the IVF.

Welcome back.
Incidence of congenital abnormalities DURING ICSI is slightly higher than compared WITH normal pregnancy.
Infants born after ICSI (An advanced type of IVF) were twice as likely as naturally conceived infants to have a major birth defect and nearly 50% more likely to have a minor defect.
Also, an excess of major cardiovascular defects, genitourinary defects and gastrointestinal defects in particular cleft palate and diaphragmatic hernia.
There is no specific preparation except leading a healthy life style with good habits, healthy diet, enough sleep etc.
Personally i do not have any suggestions and internet should be able to help you with the centers for IVF.
