My hair on beard and chest is getting white
I am 32 years old , i feel this is very early

thanks for the query.

graying of hair occurs in some people around 40yrs, but in some it can start around 30 yrs also.
it occurs because body stops producing melanin pigment.

the causes for premature graying of hair are,
-genetically determined,
-stress and strain in life,
-nutritional deficiency
-habits like smoking etc.

in case of genetically determined grey hair nothing can be done except coloring the hair.

but if the cause is among the others,
you can try to practice meditation etc to decrease stress in life,
if having smoking habit try to avoid,
take nutritious diet, use vitamins and mineral supplements after consulting doctor which may help.
