Question: 3 months baby with flumy 3months old baby has a bad flu. running nose tearing eyes and mild fever. what should i give her? her stool is also loose and slimy

Thanks for the query

The description you have mentioned is describing an upper respiratory tract infection. however the loose stools are due to running fever with poor absorption of the fluids. First take care of the feeder if she is fed with the feeder. secondly use paracetamol drops for lowering the fever, Antibiotic like co-amoxiclav at dose of 10-20mg/kg/dose is effective in such type of infections
