Thanks for writing to us.
It is pretty normal for a 2 month old baby to pass tools once in few days . As finer in Breast milk is very less , this is natural . Keep feeding baby more frequently. No treatment is required as this settles on its own after few months .
If too tight and painful stools do check with your Pediatrician for any fissure or thyroid issue.
