Question: want to know the effects of azhithral, betenosol, asthalin, atarax medicine for a 2 month old baby who is having cold and cough

Azithral-is an antibiotic used in variety of conditions like cough, cold.Safe drug for this age.
Betnesol: Steroid, used for variety of allergic conditions-must be taken after doctor’s advice only.
Asthalin: medicines for relaxing the muscles of respiratory tract, used in case of diff in breathing.
Atarax: anti allergic medicine.

All of this are safe in prescribed dosage and when prescribed by a qualified doctor at least M.B.B.S. or M.D. Pediatric.

Please give as per advice and keep regular follow up with your doctor.
