Question: -> Right eye is drier than left eye and is more sticky
-> Have white spots on the eye lid
-> I have noticed this in the afternoon today
-> It is not painful but irritating and itchy

I am curious as to if this is serious and is needed to be seen by a GP, as to what it is and what i can use to relieve the symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Probably symptoms related to Milia, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I've reviewed the attached pictures.

Your symptoms seem to be related to Milia.

Milia develops when dead skin cells get trapped under the surface of the skin.

Sun damage and dry eye can be the cause of Milia. The cause is not fully understood.

I would recommend using sunscreen. I also recommend using artificial tears to reduce the dryness and the itching.

Milia usually go away on its own.

If the white spots continue in the long term you should see an Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
