Dear Dr.Shirish, I am highly obliged for your advise to my wife for avoiding surgery for her herniated disc in lumbar spine, 2 years ago as that was the toughest time we had of our live's. It has been so long since then and your sincere response gave us the courage to go ahead with rehab and physio and with god's grace she has done well and does not require surgery any more.
