Thank you so much for your guidance. I presented everything to my physician and, thankfully, the shoulder pain turned out to be related to compressed cervical discs irritating the nerves and causing inflammation. Your suggestion to take the magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D were point on as these labs were a bit low on my blood work. After switching me to another PPI instead of Dexilant, I am doing much better and have not had the palpitations.

Very informative. I was unable to wait for a reply at the time, and went instead to the urgent care at hospital. After X rays and exam, the prognosis was almost the same as Dr. Hamdani's.
