YES I GOT THE ANSWER I WANTED. MY DOCTOR SAID IT SHOULD LOWER MY HEART RATE, WHEN I ASKED IF IT COULD RAISE IT. I HOPE THIS IS WHAT MAKING MAKING MY LEGS SWELL AND HEART RATE FAST. I HAVE CUT THE NORVASC IN HALF WHICH SEEMS TO HAVE HELPED SOME. I WILL HAVE MY DOCTOR TO SWITCH ME TO SOMETHING ELSE.
