User : hi my partner and i have often tried anal sex..i'm not keen on it at all but i have become a little looser down there and can leak sometimes in the act of making love..i don't want to see my gp as i am in pretty good form other than that..i would like to know if there is an exercise i can do to tighten it back up as we are not doing that ever again
