Doctor :   Where exactly is the pain in the back, spinal or central or adjacent-right or left sided , in the back of the chest, abdomen or low back ache ?

Doctor :   1. Please use a flat bed instead of spring or foam bed, will stabilise your spine.
Doctor :   2. Please do not bend down by bending your spine but use your knees to bend down.

Doctor :   3. Please use a soft pillow at the back when you sit infront of your PC.

Doctor :   4.After every half an hour please take a 5 min. walk.

Doctor :   5. Please do the following yoga asanas to stretch and strenghten your back - spinal and paraspinal muscles.
Doctor :   If you are on a desk job , you need to adopt to this life style as long as you do that.
Doctor :   the asanas or exercises : Doctor :   1. Tada asana
Doctor :   2. Ardha chakrasana
Doctor :   3. Pada hasthasana
Doctor :   These are the best stretch exercises for the back.

Doctor :   Thank you for consulting me, If the pain exceeds grade 7 need to get an x-ray doen and consult an orthopedician, and temporarily use powergesic gel and hot water sponging.
