User :   Yellow bile/vomit with blood streaks. 4.5 yr old. Had fever for 2 days. Vomited twice last night.

User :   Hello.
User :   My son is 4.5 yrs old. On Friday he came back from school looking weak.
User :   In the evening he had a slight fever
Doctor :   Ok
Doctor :   Did you check his temperature when he had the fever episode?
User :   Yesterday morning he woke up with fever and an apparent inflamed throat. As his voice was different and he a little cough.
Doctor :   Was he shivering when he had the fever?
User :   His fever measured 38.5 Celsius ... no shivers
User :   In the evening he was having a sandwich and some milk and he vomited
User :   after about 10 minutes ... he vomited again
User :   The temperature outside is about 10 celsius ... so I decided to stay inside and not visit a GP
User :   this morning we found a birght yellow stain on his pillow with 2 blood streaks ... and bile
User :   tried to look down his throat but his tonsils do not appear inflamed ... just red
Doctor :   Is he eating well?
Doctor :   Is there are rash on his body?
User :   in terms of medicine ... we have so far administered ... calpol & rhinathiol
User :   this morning healso developed a chesty cough

User :   yesterday he only ate 2 slices of bread ... he does not have a rash

User :   no as he has not learned to spit his cough out yet ...

User :   no. no other symptoms.
User :   No wheezing.

User :   no vomiting this morning so far ... he is just having his milk right now

Doctor :   The symptoms that you mentioned are consistent with the feature of an infection.
Doctor :   Are you there?
Doctor :   It is probably an upper respiratory tract inflammation secondary to a viral infection.
User :   ok
Doctor :   I think we are facing some technical problem.
User :   right ... URTI due to virus
Doctor :   Yes.
User :   yes we have a lag
