User :   I need an opinion about how to proceed with my problem or not worry. I have wrist pain and a nodule has appear on each pinky finger at the joint nearest the fingernail.
User :   I had RA panel and came back normal.
User :   carpal tunnel test: read ok
User :   my wrists ache and sharp pain sometimes while lifting things
User :   Dr said not to worry
Doctor :   Is it localized only to wrist pain
User :   mostly, occasionally ankles
Doctor :   When did it all started, sudden or gradual
Doctor :   What else increases the pain?
User :   about a year ago and seems to have been suddenly. Nodules just occurred last few weeks
User :   Just pain with certain uses, mostly picking up things.

Doctor :   I hope nothing is pointing on Xrays?

User :   but went to a neurologist and hand specialist
Doctor :   Any FNAC or Biopsy in the next place?
User :   what do you mean, the next place?
Doctor :   Are they planning?
Doctor :   Is AntidsDNA done?
Doctor :   It is a blood test
User :   He did blood test, RA, lupus, lots of other stuff
Doctor :   Ok do you notice the pain early in the morning, along with stiffness, getting better as the day progresses?
User :   No it's more a constant ache and sometimes keeps me awake at night.

User :   no swelling
Doctor :   The symptoms are not specific for RA, no arthralgia, but the period of problem needs answers
User :   I know.
Doctor :   Chronic arthritis, involving just the both the wrist and ankle joints with no changes on Xray, is non specific
User :   Who should I see?
User :   what about bumps on fingers?
Doctor :   Do you see that the fingers are bent?
Doctor :   than earlier
User :   no just bumps
User :   getting bigger
Doctor :   I would suggest a final consult with a Rheumatologist to rule out the worrisome nature of the problem
Doctor :   Take all your serial Xrays and reports
User :   ok, me too. I read something about sero-negative RA
User :   ok

Doctor :   Even if RA is negative
User :   yes
Doctor :   they can order a new test called CCP
User :   hmm ok
User :   I'll get a referral
Doctor :   to detect early RA
User :   my doctor is small town
User :   I like him for little things
User :   this seems a little more
User :   Just want an answer......
Doctor :   yes after rheumatologist referral, you should keep seeing your primary who can follow it up
